Silver Hand Home & Landscaping (“Silver Hand,” “we,” “us”) provides lawn care, landscaping, power washing, car washing and home cleaning in Silver Spring and Montgomery County, Maryland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you book a visit, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out the “Book a visit” form, you share your name, phone number, property address and the service you are interested in. If you call, text or talk with us in person, we may also keep notes about your property and the work you ask for.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may automatically record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not ask for payment card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through this website.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about your request and schedule a free visit.
- To give you a quote and a plan for your property.
- To provide the services you hire us for, including recurring visits.
- To send reminders and updates, like a text before we arrive.

3. Text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, your visits and your service. These are service messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your schedule.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask for help by replying HELP. We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services and keep reasonable business and tax records. If you never become a customer, we delete your request when it is no longer useful. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
